  • Pricing depends on the scope of your project and what you need help with. That said, I don't just take a project at face value — I come in with listening ears, because the surface-level problem isn't always the real one. For that reason, I focus on value-based pricing rather than hourly rates, ensuring what you pay reflects the true impact of the work.

  • Once you've filled out the form, I'll review it and determine if we could be a great fit. From there, here's what to expect:

    1. Discovery Call — We'll hop on a 30-minute video call to connect and dig into your needs.

    2. Proposal — I'll send over a tailored proposal for your review.

    3. Paperwork — Once you've accepted, we'll get the formalities squared away.

    4. Homework — I'll send you a short homework assignment — trust me, it's an important step that allows me to dive deep into your brand before we touch any design.

    5. Creative Direction Call — We'll align on the design direction together, so we're both fully on the same page before work begins.

  • Timelines are shaped by your deadline and the scope of work involved. I'm happy to accommodate rush projects, though please note that expedited timelines do come with an increased rate to reflect the urgency.

  • Initial communication is handled through email, where we'll get the foundational details sorted. Once the project is underway, we'll move our day-to-day communication over to Slack to keep things streamlined and efficient.

  • hat depends on the type of project. For visual branding, I present one carefully considered concept followed by two rounds of minor refinements. For all other project types, two rounds of revisions are included. This process is designed to keep us focused and moving forward while still leaving room for your feedback.

  • For large campaign projects, yes — ongoing support is available. However, for smaller or maintenance-based needs such as social media posts, website updates, and minor edits, ongoing support is not included. If you anticipate needing that type of help regularly, it's something we can discuss and factor into your proposal from the start.
